Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms are between you and s6s.ai, the operator identified above. By accessing or using S6S.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

S6S.ai provides AI Visibility monitoring, surface-aware reports, and evidence-backed recommendations for brands. The Service may also include a developer automation layer, REST API, and MCP server for technical users.

The Service is currently a founder-assisted private beta. Self-service paid subscriptions are not available. Credits shown in your account are a usage allowance for the beta, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or refunded.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use of third-party service credentials complies with those services' terms
• The brands, checks, reports, recommendations, automations, and execution results created under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing, or malicious content via the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
• Abuse third-party service integrations beyond their intended use
• Overload the platform with excessive or abusive API requests, or work around usage limits or credits

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the brand inputs, report inputs, and automations you create, and you may use the reports and recommendations the Service produces for you. S6S.ai retains ownership of the platform, its code, design, and infrastructure.

6. AI Answers, Measurements, and Recommendations

AI engines give different answers to the same question at different times, in different places, and to different people. A check is a sample of those answers at a point in time, not a complete or permanent picture. Search demand figures come from third-party data providers and are estimates. Recommendations are guidance: we do not guarantee that following them will change how AI engines mention or recommend your brand.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties, including AI providers, data suppliers, sign-in providers, and the services you choose to connect (Google, Slack, Discord, Telegram, etc.). Your use of those services through S6S.ai is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services. The providers that receive data are listed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and S6S.ai is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, including report inaccuracies, recommendation outcomes, automation execution failures, data loss, or third-party service outages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms. You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting us or through the API. Your data is then handled, retained, or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
