By accessing or using S6S.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

S6S.ai provides AI Visibility monitoring, surface-aware reports, and evidence-backed recommendations for brands. The Service may also include a developer automation layer, REST API, and MCP server for technical users.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your use of third-party service credentials complies with those services' terms
  • The brands, checks, reports, recommendations, automations, and execution results created under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, phishing, or malicious content via the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
  • Abuse third-party service integrations beyond their intended use
  • Overload the platform with excessive or abusive API requests

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the brand inputs, report inputs, and automations you create. S6S.ai retains ownership of the platform, its code, design, and infrastructure.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Slack, Discord, etc.). Your use of those services through S6S.ai is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. S6S.ai is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to report inaccuracies, recommendation outcomes, automation execution failures, data loss, or third-party service outages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
